I am still on a fire kick so I am going to count fire as a weapon this week.
To weaponize fire, ignite someone.
(it should go without saying, but please don't ignite someone, its a horrible thing).
Fortunately for poor people with pyro needs and unfortunately for others, many accelerants used to get a good fire going can be bought at your local hardware store. The mix that sent my heart a flutter Tuesday was 75% rubber cement and 25% deisel fuel.
It was a beauty.
Rubber cement prevents the accelerant from being absorbed into the fabric which would then become the fuel. Deisel can be replaced with any number of flammable fluids for different colors, sizes, and behaviors of flame.
Now that the fun part is a roasting the important part needs to be ready. To put out fire you need to take away one of the three parts of what makes fire happen; fuel, oxygen, and heat.
Take one of those away and the fire dies.
A CO2 extinguisher takes away heat and oxygen. Water takes away heat, and a fire blanket takes away oxygen.
Fire is definitely more complicated and you can't truly control it. Basically don't try using fire as a weapon at home.
